Procedure in case of service
Easy, reliable, transparent!Your Einhell device or Power X-Change battery, which you have registered via our warranty extension, is moody and causes problems? With our service you can send in your product comfortably and we take care of the further processing.
How it works - your tasks
Check if your Einhell product is still within the warranty period, to do so, check the purchase date on the sales invoice, remember that the warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase and/or if you registered for the 2+1 warranty extension.
1. If your product was purchased at Promart, you must go directly to the nearest store and go to the after-sales service area.
2. If your product was purchased through a traditional channel, check the list of service centers authorized by the brand on the website www.einhell.pe and follow:
- Service.
- Authorized technical services, type your nearest service center and go directly, there you must deliver the copy of the invoice or the extended warranty certificate if requested on the website.
3. In case you cannot find a service center in your province, send an email to service-pe@einhell.com requesting the collection of your product, for this you must send the following information:
- Attach the copy of the sales invoice
- Attach the extended warranty certificate if you have it.
- Send the complete data of, name, address, telephone, city, province.
- Send a photo of the nameplate of the equipment.
- Specify the pick-up time.
Further processing - our performance
As soon as your delivery reaches us, a technical inspection will decide whether your device or battery will be repaired or replaced by an equivalent product. Our staff will process your service case as quickly as possible, so that you will soon be able to carry out projects again with your Einhell product.
